When styling for sale, I work with your real estate agent and photographer to enhance the appeal of your home for a particular target market and maximum profit. These spaces are pared back with personal items removed so that the potential buyer can see themselves in the space without the distraction of reviewing the current owners story. Always keeping the character of the property and the feeling of home.

Proposal

Lets take a look around your place and have a chat about our target market, timeline and of course the furniture and its arrangement. What is the budget? What should we hire? Can we work with what you have and purchase only a few items?

I will work out a proposal with a few options in line with your budget and goals.

Arrange Access

Once the proposal has been accepted, we will work out a time for access and collaborate with you with regards to timeframes and services required.

We will meet with your photographer to ensure the property is presented at its optimum - Sometimes a slight move of a chair, vase or pillow will make all the difference for photo composition.

Campaign

Your sales campaign will commence. You will have the furniture for the agreed term and upon contract exchange we will arrange for the pick up of hired furniture.
